Well I have done really good this weekend. I have not exercised but I did stay on my diet. I even got on the scales this morning and I have lost the two pounds I gained last week plus 2 more pounds. I made sure to get extra water in this week and all my protein. I must say I do feel better when I am loosing. I am going to exercise tonight for sure.
I don't go to weigh in until Wed so wish me luck and hopefully I will be down even further.
If anyone has any helpful hints and how to loose weight I would love to hear them. If anyone has any other blogs that would help inspire me please send them my way.
